Swarn Mandir (the Golden Temple) in Amritsar {} Jama Masjid in Old Delhi at a time when it was New Delhi {} Tomb of Akbar the Great in Sikandra {} Udaipur looking to and from

These images found their way into our hands with splendid appreciation in return. The Golden Temple glows more so than the shimmering waters that surround the Sikhs and Hindus admired center of worship. It has survived many hardships and continues to stand with mighty shoulders. The patterning of the structure shifts between organic shapes and rigid geometries cascading from roof to pathway. {} The stairs of the Jama Masjid lead to the massive display of architecture that it is from its staging area, which pours out from the primary building into a broad plaza. Outside the earth is flat and ever-expanding, making a monument of the Jama Masjid that can be detected from far and wide. {} The well defined traces of Islam make the gateway's surface a specimen of spatial growth for the tomb of Akbar the Great. The many frames coalesce into territories beyond the main building crossing the square via channels of water. From the water, back to the tomb, India can trace it's lineage in the historical striations of the materials making that path. {} Looking to the Lake Palace, at a time when it was still a summer retreat in the grandest sense. Udaipur exudes culture and grandiose building tactics, it is a discreet and beautiful setting in the east, which has no equivalent in our current times. The lakes which the area is named for circulate the vibrant underpinning of Udaipur's nature.
